2. Welcome healthy breakfasts to your plate.
You can have bread filled with eggs and green chutney, or if you’re a vegetarian you could opt for vegetable oats. Remember not to have those packed vegetable oats that are easily available in the market. Make your own. It is easy to make. Let’s learn how to make oats. In boiling water put all your favorite chopped vegetables ( onion, carrot, beans, tomatoes, bell pepper etc.) let it boil then put ginger, black pepper, and salt into it. You can have roasted makhana (fox nuts) along with green tea or coffee/tea but, without sugar. You could also have dry fruits for snacks like dry fig, a handful of almonds and raisins. If we talk about what advantages the dry fig has, it will be a long list with no full stops. Dry figs have high protein and help to burn your fat.
6. Have dinner 3 hours before sleep
Do not eat to fill your stomach at night. Eat less at night. Because eating at night makes you more susceptible to weight problems. If you could, then try to avoid roti or rice at night.

Salad: Keep your salad very simple. Chop all your favorite vegetables then season it with salt, black pe, per and lemon juice.

If you still feel hungry, drink warm milk with turmeric powder in it or take a cup of warm water and add ginger it. This amazing fat burning drink would boost your metabolism while you sleep.
