Chicken in a Potato Coat
The chicken in the potato coat is very tasty and simple! Decorate a festive table, suitable as a quick dinner or snack at work. Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 500 g
- Potatoes – 2-3 pieces (300-350 g)
- Egg – 2 pcs.
- Flour – 1-2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
- Ground pepper -1 p.a.
- Salt – to taste;
Procedure
- Chicken fillet cut across the fibers 1 cm wide
- Gently repel and sprinkle salt and ground black pepper.
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper and vegetable oil.
- Peel, dry and slice the potatoes as thinly as possible.
- The chopped fillets are dropped in flour and dropped into whipped eggs. Overlapping potatoes are placed on one side in the form of scales.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and lay out the meat so that the potato layer was at the bottom. Place the potatoes on top too.
- Fry over high heat to a brown crust on one side, then turn over, reduce the fire and cover with the lid. Fry for another 4-5 minutes until ready.
- Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve with salad or vegetables.
