The chicken in the potato coat is very tasty and simple! Decorate a festive table, suitable as a quick dinner or snack at work. Chicken fillet – 500 g
Potatoes – 2-3 pieces (300-350 g)
Egg – 2 pcs.
Flour – 1-2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Ground pepper -1 p.a.
Salt – to taste;
Chicken fillet cut across the fibers 1 cm wide
Gently repel and sprinkle salt and ground black pepper.
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper and vegetable oil.
Peel, dry and slice the potatoes as thinly as possible.
The chopped fillets are dropped in flour and dropped into whipped eggs. Overlapping potatoes are placed on one side in the form of scales.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and lay out the meat so that the potato layer was at the bottom. Place the potatoes on top too.
Fry over high heat to a brown crust on one side, then turn over, reduce the fire and cover with the lid. Fry for another 4-5 minutes until ready.
