Eggplant Caviar Recipe

• Salt -1-1,5 p.l.
• Sugar -1/2 part l.
• Pepper ground – 1/2 p.l.
• Pepper spicy -1/3 p.l.
• Green parsley chopped parsley – 1-2 tbsp.
• Greenery of dill and coriander – to taste and desire
