Makki Ki Roti Sarson Ka Saag Recipe

Lo ji aapke liye le kar aayi hu Makke de roti te sarso ka saag.. Ohh na ji na..Aapke liye le kar aai hu Makke ki Roti te Matar Ka nimona.. Wo bhi bilkul U. P desi style mai.. So lijiyee note down kijiye recipe..

For Matar Nimona saag:

Fresh green Peas 500 gms( keep 1/2 hand full out)
2 tomatoes sliced
4 potatoes thin sliced
7-8 garlic pods
1 inch ginger
3-4 green chillies
2 red dry chillies
A pinch of Asfoedita & turmeric powder
1 tsp. Cumic seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala
5-6 udat badi or Rakhiya badi

Fresh coriander seeds 50 gms or Coriander leaves
Tips – For proper desi taste use Iron cooking pot & Mustard oil..
Heat oil in kadhai when it hot shallow fry potatoes, when it turns take out.. In the same kadhai some will left fry badis, & take out. Now in same kadhai add finely grinded peas, & roast them nicely till they separate, becomes khula khula.. It will take around 15 mins
Now, add some oil again, when it hot crackle jira, now add grinded ( coriander seeds, garlic, ginger, green chillies), roast it Nicely, now add add sabut green peas, turmeric powder, roast for a while, now add fried potatoes,badis & raw tomatoes, fry again.. Now add grind rosted peas.. Saute for a while.. Now add hot water, & let it boil lastly add salt & garam masala.. Garnish with fresly chopped coriander.. Serve hot with bajra, jawari or Makke ki roti.. Even it taste yummy.
