Quinoa in a Jar

Breakfast should please not only the stomach, but also the eye. We offer an unusual, original and delicious recipe for a quinoa breakfast in a jar.

Ingredients:

  • Kinoa1/2 cups
  • Olive oil 2 tsp..
  • Tomatoes 3 pcs.
  • Cucumbers 1 pcs.
  • Avocado 1 pcs.
  • Parsley – bunch
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp.
  • Spinach 100 g
  • Sesame 2 tsp.
  • Seeds of coriander 1/2 tsp.
  • Chestnut
  • Eggs 2 pcs.

For refueling:

  • Olive oil 60 ml
  • Orange juice 100 ml
  • Mustard 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the eggs.
  2. Cook the movie according to the instructions on the package.
    Sesame, coriander seeds and hazelnuts mix together. They should be slightly crushed.
  3. Mix the ingredients for refilling and set aside the infusion.
  4. Tuck in olive oil.
  5. Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado into small pieces. Fill them with nut and coriander mixture.
  6. Place in a jar or sliced spinach with parsley, quinoa, vegetables.
  7. Decorate with an egg.
