Nutritious Ragi Cookies

Ingredients

  • Ragi Flour : 100 gms
  • Wheat Flour : 100 gms
  • Sugar : 55 gms
  • Butter : 100 gms
  • Baking powder : 1 tbsp
  • Milk : As required

Method of Preparation

  1. First take both wheat and ragi flour into a bowl.
  2. Add baking powder and powdered sugar to the same.
  3. Add butter and mix it with your hands first.
  4. Now knead this into a dough consistency.
  5. Wrap in a plastic wrap keep it in refrigerator for about 10 – 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.

Your healthy Ragi Cookies are ready to serve
