Nutritious Ragi Cookies
Ingredients
- Ragi Flour : 100 gms
- Wheat Flour : 100 gms
- Sugar : 55 gms
- Butter : 100 gms
- Baking powder : 1 tbsp
- Milk : As required
Method of Preparation
- First take both wheat and ragi flour into a bowl.
- Add baking powder and powdered sugar to the same.
- Add butter and mix it with your hands first.
- Now knead this into a dough consistency.
- Wrap in a plastic wrap keep it in refrigerator for about 10 – 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
Your healthy Ragi Cookies are ready to serve
